A 50-workstation corporate floor: from £1,500 with a four-person team and multiple vehicle collections. Out-of-hours or weekend clearances: same rate as standard clearances. No out-of-hours surcharge. IT disposal with WEEE certificates: included in the clearance price. On-site confidential document shredding with certificate of destruction: from £95 for the first 5 bags, £12 per additional bag. Furniture donation to charity partner: included where items are in usable condition. Skip hire for non-recyclable waste: arranged and quoted separately if required, typically £180 to £380 depending on skip size. All clearances include a waste transfer note confirming legal disposal.
