Furniture disassembly and reassembly is included for beds and wardrobes. £10,000 goods in transit insurance is included as standard. Packing materials and a full packing service are available as optional add-ons.

The most cost-effective approach is to pack yourself, move midweek, and book at least 2–3 weeks ahead. Our man and van service is cheaper than a full crew for smaller properties. Avoid Fridays and end-of-month dates where possible — demand is highest and prices reflect that.

Yes. Our crews disassemble beds, wardrobes, and flat-pack furniture before transport and reassemble everything at your new address. Let us know in advance about any particularly complex items so we can allocate the right crew.

Every booking includes £10,000 goods in transit insurance as standard. This covers accidental damage during loading, transit, and unloading. A premium tier with higher limits is available for high-value items such as antiques or specialist collections.

Yes — free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your booked date. Changes within 48 hours may incur a fee. Use the app or contact our support team to amend your booking.

Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped for stairs, narrow hallways, and challenging access points. Tight spiral staircases or access requiring a hoist may require a surcharge — we confirm this at the quote stage so there are no surprises on the day.

Report any damage within 24 hours of your move with supporting photographs. Our claims process is straightforward — we aim to resolve all claims within 5 working days. We do not ask you to chase drivers directly; our support team manages the process.

We transport belongings to storage facilities but do not operate our own storage units. We work alongside storage providers across the UK and can coordinate the logistics so your items go straight from your old home to secure storage.
