Yes. Our crews disassemble beds, wardrobes, and flat-pack furniture before transport and reassemble everything at your new address. Let us know in advance about any particularly complex items so we can allocate the right crew.

Every booking includes £500 goods-in-transit cover free. This covers accidental damage during loading, transit, and unloading. Plus cover raises this to £3,000 for a one-off £12 at checkout.

Yes — free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your booked date. Changes within 48 hours may incur a fee. Use the app or contact our support team to amend your booking.

Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped for stairs, narrow hallways, and challenging access points. Tight spiral staircases or access requiring a hoist may require a surcharge — we confirm this at the quote stage so there are no surprises on the day.

We transport belongings to storage facilities but do not operate our own storage units. We work alongside storage providers across the UK and can coordinate the logistics so your items go straight from your old home to secure storage.
