Do you charge more for a Saturday or Sunday removal?

No. Weekend removals cost the same as weekday moves. Your fixed price is based on your postcode, the size of your move, and the distance travelled, not the day you book. There is no weekend surcharge added to your quote.

Can I book a removal on a Sunday?

Yes. Giant Van runs full removal crews on Sundays as well as Saturdays. Sunday slots are popular with people who work Monday to Friday, so book early in the week to get the time that suits you.

Are you open for removals on bank holidays?

In most cases, yes. We take bookings on bank holiday weekends, though slots are more limited than a normal Saturday or Sunday. Get a quote online or call us and we will confirm what is free for your date.

How far in advance should I book a weekend removal?

Book at least a week ahead if you can, since Saturday and Sunday slots fill up faster than weekdays. If your move is more urgent, call us anyway. We keep some weekend capacity open for late bookings.
