Office Removals by Location and Office Size
Start from where the business is based, or from how big the office is. Everything listed below opens a page covering that area or that scale of move, with a direct route to a price.
Working out where to start
If the headcount and floor area are settled, use the size list — it describes the crew, the vehicles and the number of vehicle trips a move that size usually needs. If the question is whether we cover your premises at all, open your town, city or county instead. Both routes reach the same quote form, and the figures you are shown do not change between them.
What a location page tells you
- How business moves are usually run in that area
- Lift, loading bay and out-of-hours access notes
- Nearby business districts the same crew covers
- A direct link to a price for that premises address

A single floor, or the whole building?
A small office move is often a single evening: desks down, crates out, everything rebuilt before the next working day. Larger moves are planned in stages instead, with departments going across separate slots so no team loses more than one day. The dividing line is rarely headcount on its own — it is how much has to keep running while the move happens. Describe that when you request a price and the schedule is built around it.
Office removals directory: common questions
What does an office removals location page cover?
It sets out how a business move runs in that area: the kind of premises we work in, whether loading bays or goods lifts are typically available, and what the local price is based on. Open the page for the address the business is leaving, because that is where the packing and loading happen.
How far ahead should a business move be booked?
Earlier is easier, mainly because building management usually needs notice to reserve a lift or a loading bay, and those slots go quickly at month end. Once you have your handover dates, request a price and the crew and vehicles are held against them.
Can the move happen outside office hours?
Yes, and for most businesses that is the point. Evenings and weekends keep the disruption off the working week, so staff come back to a floor that is already set up. Say which window you need when you ask for a price and availability for that area is confirmed with the quote.
What about IT equipment and desks?
Desks are dismantled and rebuilt as part of the job. Screens, docks and other desk hardware are wrapped and boxed per workstation and labelled so they return to the right desk. Server and comms cabinets are treated separately — flag them when you request a price so the right handling is included.
