Which list should you use
If the furniture is already bought and you know roughly how much there is, the load-size list is the quicker route — it explains what fits in the van and how many people lift it. If you are checking whether we come to you at all, open your town, city or county instead. Both lists lead to the same quote form and neither affects the price you are shown.

One piece, or a van load?
A single item booking covers one thing that two people can carry: a sofa, a mattress, a wardrobe, a dining table. Once several pieces are travelling together, or the furniture has to be taken apart to get it out of the room, the larger load sizes are the better match because they build in the extra time and hands. If you are unsure which describes your job, list what is going when you request a price and it will be worked out from the items themselves.

What will I find on a furniture delivery location page?
Each one describes how a delivery runs in that specific area: the kind of properties we load and unload at, whether narrow streets or permit parking tend to slow things down, and what the price is based on locally. Open the page for the address the furniture is leaving from.
Do I choose the collection address or the drop-off address?
Use the collection address. That is where the piece has to come out of a doorway or down a staircase, and it is the part of the job that decides how long the booking takes. Give the destination when you request a price and the whole journey is costed together.
Can you collect from a shop, warehouse or private seller?
Yes, and it is a large share of what we carry. Collections from retail parks, showrooms, auction houses and marketplace sellers all work the same way: give the pickup address and a contact, and we handle the loading. Bring the reference number if the seller needs one before releasing the item.
Why is there a list of load sizes as well as places?
They narrow down different things. A load-size page tells you what fits in the van and how many people are needed to lift it, from one wardrobe to the contents of a whole house. A place page tells you how that delivery works locally. Reading one of each is usually enough to book with confidence.
