We group the technologies we use into two categories. We do not set advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell your data to advertisers.

Analytics (set only with your consent) - Measuring how many people visit and which pages are popular - Understanding how visitors move through the site so we can improve it - Session analytics that help us diagnose usability problems

Analytics data is used to improve the site and is not used to target adverts.

Consent preference (strictly necessary) When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we store a record of that choice in a first-party cookie named "gv_cookie_consent". This lets us honour your preference and avoid showing the banner repeatedly. It contains only your consent choices, a version number, and a timestamp — no personal identifiers. It lasts up to 12 months.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (strictly necessary / performance) Our hosting provider, Vercel, provides first-party, privacy-focused analytics and performance measurement. These are cookieless: they do not set cookies, do not track you across other websites, and process only aggregate page and performance metrics on our own domain. Because they are first-party and set no identifiers, they run to keep the site fast and reliable.

Microsoft Clarity (analytics — consent required) When you accept analytics cookies, we load Microsoft Clarity, which helps us understand how visitors interact with pages so we can improve the experience. Clarity may set its own cookies and process usage data. It is only loaded after you grant analytics consent, and it is not loaded on account, booking, checkout, or login pages. If you withdraw consent, we stop Clarity for the rest of your session.

Some cookies and analytics are set by the providers we use to run the site:

Vercel — website hosting, first-party analytics, and performance measurement (cookieless).

Microsoft Clarity — session and usage analytics, loaded only with your consent.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms and our data processing agreements. We do not share your personal data with advertising networks.

You are in control of non-essential cookies.

Our cookie banner and preferences — when you first visit, our banner lets you Accept All, Reject All, or Manage Preferences. You can reopen these settings at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer and change your choice.

Your browser — you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working, including remembering that you have already set your preferences.

Withdrawing analytics consent stops non-essential analytics from that point on and does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew consent.

We may update this cookie policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
