Stairs, lifts and doorways
Large items sometimes need to go up stairs or through tight doorways, so we price access into the quote rather than add it on the day.
- Stairs are charged from £28 a flight above the ground floor; a working lift reduces the cost
- Difficult parking or a permit zone adds £30
- A long carry over 30 metres from the door adds £25
- Tell us about access at both ends when you book so the quote is right first time
Timing and arrival windows
You book a date and a time slot, and your driver arrives within an agreed arrival window rather than to the exact minute.

Do you offer same-day furniture delivery?
Yes. Book before midday and we can collect and deliver your furniture the same day, subject to driver availability in your area. Next-day slots are available UK-wide, 7 days a week including weekends. You can also schedule delivery up to 30 days ahead.
Do you assemble furniture after delivery?
Yes. Add assembly to any booking and our driver will put your furniture together at the delivery address. We assemble IKEA flatpack units including PAX wardrobes, MALM beds, and KALLAX shelving, plus bed frames, dining tables, and garden sets. Assembly is charged from £20 per item depending on complexity.
Can you disassemble furniture before transport?
Yes. Large wardrobes, bed frames, sectional sofas, and bunk beds often need taking apart before they will fit through doorways or down staircases. Our drivers disassemble items at the collection address, bag and label all fixings, then reassemble at delivery. Disassembly is charged from £15.
