One day or two
The first decision on a long move is whether it is a single day or a split one, and distance alone does not answer it. What answers it is the total of loading time, driving time with the breaks a driver is legally required to take, and unloading time at the other end.
Once that total pushes past a normal working day, the sensible options are to start very early or to load on one day and deliver on the next. A split move is not a worse move.
It usually means a calmer unload in daylight and a crew that is not finishing at midnight, and for some buildings it is the only version that fits within permitted access hours.
It does mean your belongings spend a night in a locked vehicle or a secure facility, so it is worth confirming which of those applies and keeping anything you need overnight out of the load.
