We use heavy-duty floor runners laid from your front door to every room receiving items as part of every new build furniture delivery. All crew members wear protective shoe covers on new carpets and polished flooring as standard. Additional protection materials, including specialist covering for underfloor heating-compatible floors, are available on request.
Can you deliver to a gated or managed new build estate?
Yes. You will need to provide access codes in advance or arrange for someone to meet us at the gate. We coordinate with estate management companies where required, and we ask about gate access at the point of booking so there are no surprises on delivery day.
