Site survey
We visit both your current and new premises. We assess racking configuration, floor loading, column grid, dock access heights, fire door widths, and any specialist equipment requirements. A written survey report is issued within 48 hours.
Move programme
A detailed day-by-day (or shift-by-shift) programme is produced, showing what moves when, in what sequence, and how operational continuity is maintained throughout. This is shared with your operations manager for approval before any commitment is made.
RAMS documentation
A full risk assessment and method statement is prepared, covering every phase of the move. RAMS are submitted to your health and safety manager and signed off before work begins. We carry comprehensive commercial insurance with declared value options available.
The move
Specialist teams carry out the move in the agreed sequence. Crew sizes scale with the complexity of each phase — from a two-van team for office areas to a full 10-person racking crew for large bay transfers. Progress is reported to your nominated contact at each shift handover.
Racking reassembly and operational handover
Pallet racking is reassembled to your new bay plan, verified against your racking layout drawing. All areas are cleared, bayed, and labelled. Operations management is handed back with a written completion sign-off and photographic record of the finished configuration.
