We move most items same day, but a few are prohibited under our terms of service. Flag anything unusual when you book so we can advise straight away.

Stairs, lifts, parking and access
Any extras — stairs (from £28 a flight), difficult parking (£30), and London congestion (£18) or ULEZ (£12.5) charges — are worked out and included in your quote before you book, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Changes and cancellations

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred collection time. There is no additional weekend surcharge on standard same-day slots.
Absolutely. Every same-day delivery includes live GPS tracking as standard. You receive a tracking link immediately after booking confirmation. The link shows your driver's live map position, estimated arrival at collection, and estimated delivery time – updated every 30 seconds. Your recipient can also track the delivery, so they know exactly when to expect the driver.
All same-day deliveries are fully insured. If damage occurs during transit, report it within 24 hours via your booking confirmation email. Our team will investigate and process valid claims within 5 working days. For high-value items, enhanced insurance cover up to £3,000 is available – request this at the time of booking.
