The gradient from The Strait up to Bailgate reaches around 16 percent in places. Standard removal vans cannot safely stop on the hill itself. We park on Westgate or Exchequer Gate and carry items on foot where needed. This adds time, so please mention it when you book.

Sincil Street in the city centre sits within the Lincoln Integrated Transport Corridor.

Loading restrictions apply weekdays between 9am and 4pm. We route accordingly and can schedule early-morning slots to avoid delays.

The Brayford Waterfront area around LN1 1YW has barrier-controlled access to several residential developments.

Residents must contact their management company in advance to arrange a delivery window. We carry out pre-checks and hold times are agreed before we depart.

On the West Parade and Burton Road corridor, many Victorian terraces have no off-street parking.

We use a lead vehicle to hold a space while the delivery van pulls in. This prevents double-parking fines and keeps traffic moving.

Narrow access in areas like Monks Road and Free School Lane requires a standard-wheelbase Sprinter rather than a long-body vehicle.

LN2 covers areas north of the city including Nettleham Road, Riseholme, and the Lincolnshire Showground area.

Access is generally straightforward here, with wider roads and good off-street parking on many properties.

LN3 includes Greetwell and Canwick areas to the east of the city centre.

The Greetwell Road corridor can slow in morning peak hours, so we schedule LN3 deliveries before 8am or after 10am where possible.

LN4 takes in Bracebridge Heath, Heighington, and Potterhanworth.

Some rural addresses here involve single-track lanes. Please flag this when you book and we confirm access suitability before the job is confirmed.

LN5 covers the south of Lincoln including Boultham, Birchwood, and Hartsholme.

The Birchwood estate has wide residential roads and is one of our fastest-access areas for large furniture deliveries.

LN6 covers North Hykeham, Doddington, and Whisby.

This is a growing residential area with many new-build properties. Doorway widths on new builds are generally wider, making large item delivery straightforward.

We also deliver to surrounding villages including Washingborough, Waddington, Skellingthorpe, and Dunholme.
