Yes. Every standard and specialist box is double-walled corrugated cardboard. This is significantly stronger than single-walled supermarket boxes. Our boxes are rated for stacking six high in a fully loaded removal van.

Our packing kits save 15-20% compared to buying individual items. The studio and 1-bed kit starts at £35 for 15 boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape. Individual boxes start from £2.50 each with no order minimum. The studio kit is the lowest entry point for a full move.

Yes. We stock a 32"-55" box at £12.00 and a 56"-75" box at £15.00. Both are double-walled specialist boxes. Wrap the screen in foam wrap before boxing for extra surface protection.

Yes. Single (£3.50), double (£4.00), and king (£4.50). Heavy-duty polythene protects against dirt, dust, and moisture. Mattress bags are included in 3-bed, 4-bed, and 5-bed+ kits.

Yes. Order before 2pm and your packing materials ship the same day for next-day delivery to mainland UK. Next-day delivery costs £8.99. Standard 2-3 day delivery is £5.99, or free on orders over £50.

Yes. We deliver to all UK postcodes including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Highlands and island postcodes may need one extra working day.

Yes. Unopened items in original condition are returnable within 14 days for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contact us for a prepaid return label on orders over £30.

Flatten the boxes and place them with your household cardboard recycling. Virtually all UK councils accept corrugated cardboard kerbside. Take bubble wrap to a supermarket carrier-bag collection point. Or offer used boxes on Freecycle or Gumtree.

Wrap each item individually in packing paper first. Add a layer of bubble wrap for impact protection. Pack items upright in a china barrel and fill all gaps with scrunched paper. Apply FRAGILE labels on all four sides and the top. Never leave air gaps. Or book our packing service and we guarantee every item we pack.

Bubble wrap gives air-cushion impact protection. It is ideal for glassware, ceramics, and electronics. Foam wrap prevents surface scratches. It is thinner and lighter than bubble wrap. For maximum protection, apply foam wrap directly against the item and use bubble wrap as the outer layer.

Order at least one week before you start packing. Most people begin non-essential rooms 2-3 weeks before moving day. Leave everyday items like bedding, kitchen essentials, and bathroom supplies for the final 48 hours.

Packing materials are priced separately from your removal. You can add them to any Giant Van booking at checkout and they arrive free with your crew on moving day. There is no order minimum and no delivery surcharge when combined with a removal.
