Vehicles wider than a standard Transit van cannot pass parked cars on both sides simultaneously. We park on the Leas car park off Upper Sandgate Road and use smaller vehicles or trolleys for the final stretch on jobs in this part of town.

Folkestone Harbour CT20 1QH sits at the bottom of a steep incline off Harbour Approach Road.

The gradient is around 1:7 in places. Our drivers use low-ratio gearing on loaded vehicles and plan to move in the morning before the leisure car parks fill on summer weekends.

The Bouverie Place shopping centre car park on Bouverie Road West CT20 1PH has a 2.1-metre height restriction.

We do not use that car park. We stage from the service road off Guildhall Street instead.

In Cheriton CT19, some streets off Cherry Garden Avenue have double yellow lines right to the junction.

Sandgate Road CT20 3DP through the town centre has traffic signals on a 90-second cycle.

Cheriton (CT19 4 and CT19 5) is a largely residential area with wide streets suited to larger removal vehicles.

Cherry Garden Lane gives good access to properties in the eastern part of the suburb.

Hawkinge (CT18 7) is slightly inland and offers straightforward access on Aerodrome Road and Canterbury Road.

There are no HGV restrictions in the residential parts of the village.
