Station Road and Church Road are the two main through routes in Llanishen village itself.

Both are narrow in sections, and on-street parking reduces effective lane width during morning and afternoon school runs at Llanishen High School on Rhydypenau Road. If you are moving between 8:00am and 9:15am or 3:00pm and 4:00pm on a school day, expect delays on these routes. We factor this into our scheduling.

Llanishen Court and the flats along Fidlas Road often have no loading bay.

Our drivers will apply for a Cardiff Council temporary parking suspension when needed, typically at a cost of £40 to £60, which we pass on at cost. We give you notice before booking so there are no surprises.

The Llanishen Reservoir area on Llanishen Road has a weight-restricted approach on some side roads.

Our standard transit van falls within limits, but our Luton van may need to reroute via the A469 Caerphilly Road approach. We assess this during the quote stage.

Ty Glas Road and the Llanishen Business Park zone have good access and ample loading space, which makes light commercial moves in that area straightforward.

Properties on Heol Hir and Heol Don, which back onto the Northern Avenue (A48M junction area), have tight driveways. Our loaders carry ramps and floor runners to protect floors and manage awkward entry points.
