With the full packing service, our crew arrives on the agreed morning and takes care of every room.

We bring double-wall cardboard boxes in five sizes, acid-free tissue paper, heavy-duty bubble wrap, foam corner protectors, wardrobe cartons with hanging rails, and tamper-evident tape. Every box is labelled with room, contents, and a fragility rating.

You arrive at your new property knowing exactly where everything is.

The partial packing service is ideal if you want to handle personal items yourself.

Our team packs the hard or awkward things: glassware, large artworks, mirrors, vinyl record collections, wine racks, and electrical items with cables. These are the things most people pack last and most badly. We fix that.

Properties here, including several converted commercial buildings now used as residential studios, have virtually no vehicle access at the front.

We plan jobs here with a drop-off point at the top of the street and use sack trucks and specialist carrying equipment to cover the rest on foot.

Sandgate Road carries heavy traffic and has limited stopping zones.

Loading directly outside properties here often requires a temporary parking suspension. We guide customers through applying for this via Folkestone and Hythe District Council at least five working days before the move date.

The one-way system around the town centre, particularly around Tontine Street and Black Bull Road, means lorry routes must be planned carefully.

Our drivers know the correct approach roads and do not waste time hunting for a turning point with a loaded van.

The Leas Cliff area has properties set back from the clifftop road, sometimes behind long garden paths with steps.

We assess these on enquiry and bring additional crew if the carrying distance is significant.

In newer developments like those on Cheriton Road near the Channel Tunnel terminal or the housing estates around the CT19 suburb of Hawkinge, access is generally easier but lift allocation in apartment blocks must be booked with the building manager.
