The older terraced streets around Bath Lane, Portland Street, and Ratcliffe Gate often have narrow hallways and steep internal stairs with tight landings. Properties on Westfield Lane and along the Woodhouse Lane area can involve long garden paths before you even reach the front door.

Sutton-in-Ashfield across the NG17 boundary is a common pickup point for us. Hucknall to the south (NG15) is within our standard range. Worksop to the north (S80) and Retford (DN22) carry a small distance supplement.
