• Is dismantling included in the price?

• What happens to unwanted office furniture?

  You choose. Unwanted desks, chairs, and filing cabinets can be disposed of at a licensed facility — we provide Duty of Care waste transfer notes for every load. Alternatively, good-condition items can be donated to local charities at no extra cost. Tell us your preference when you book and we will handle the rest.

• How do you handle modular desk systems?

  Modular desk systems require careful sequencing to dismantle without damaging the frame connectors. Our crews photograph each station before starting, remove cable trays and screens first, then disassemble the frame panels in reverse assembly order. All parts are labelled and travel together, so the system reassembles correctly at the new location.

• Do you protect floors and lifts during the move?

  Yes. We lay protective matting across hardwood and tiled floors before any furniture moves. Lift interiors are padded with moving blankets and door frames get corner guards. Floor and building protection is standard on every job — no surcharge.

  Removal means we take your furniture to a new location: another office, a storage unit, or a different floor in the same building. • Is my furniture insured during the move?

  All moves include goods-in-transit insurance as standard. Premium cover up to £50,000 is available on request, recommended for high-value executive or designer furniture.
