If your property has more than two flights of stairs, that is factored in before you confirm. If we need to park more than 50 metres from your door and carry items a longer distance, we tell you in advance. If your move involves a piano, a heavy wardrobe, or specialist items requiring additional equipment, we quote for the right kit from the start.

We are fully insured.

Goods in transit insurance is included on every booking. You do not need to purchase additional cover for standard household items. If you are moving antiques, high-value art, or items with specific insurance requirements, we will discuss your needs before the move and advise accordingly.

Payment is taken after the job is complete and you are satisfied.

We do not ask for large deposits or full payment upfront. The final charge matches the quote you received, or comes in lower if the job completes ahead of schedule. Any time saved below the estimated duration is credited back to you. That is what honest pricing looks like.
