Our man and van service starts from £45 per hour.

This works well for single furniture items such as a sofa, wardrobe, or dining table being moved across Liverpool or delivered from a local retailer.

For home moves with furniture included, our fixed prices are:

- One-bedroom property: £250 to £400 - Two-bedroom property: £400 to £650 - Three-bedroom property: £650 to £900

These prices cover collection and delivery across Liverpool, including city centre addresses where parking can be tight.

If your building has no lift and involves more than two flights of stairs, we will note this during booking and quote accordingly.

For large commercial deliveries where road closures or out-of-hours access is needed, our operations team contacts the relevant Liverpool City Council permit office on your behalf.

High-rise flats on the waterfront such as those on Princes Dock (L3 1DL) have dedicated service lifts that must be booked in advance through the building management.

New-build apartment blocks in the Liverpool Waters development off Regent Road (L3) have controlled access and no street parking.

We arrange a loading bay slot with the site manager before arrival.

Georgian townhouses on Rodney Street (L1 9EF) have narrow entrances and steep internal staircases.

We assess each property individually and bring appropriate equipment including shoulder straps for tight stairwells.

The Royal Liver Building area and Mann Island (L3 1BP) are heavily pedestrianised during daytime.

We book out-of-hours delivery for furniture going into offices or residences in these buildings.

Basements on Falkner Street (L8) and other Victorian terraces in the Canning area require furniture to be lowered via the area steps.

We use specialist lowering straps and always send a two-person team for these jobs.
