**Before we touch the piano**, the crew walks the full route from the van to the instrument's current position and then from that position to its delivery location.

**Wrapping happens before movement begins.** An upright piano is wrapped in a padded cover that protects the casing, the keys, and the pedals.

The piano is secured against the van wall with heavy-duty straps. It does not travel loose.

**Delivery follows the same process in reverse.** The crew positions the piano in the agreed room, levels it, and removes all protective wrapping.
