Loading onto the van uses a hydraulic tail lift where the vehicle allows.

The piano is secured against the van wall with heavy-duty straps. It does not travel loose.

Delivery follows the same process in reverse.

The crew positions the piano in the agreed room, levels it, and removes all protective wrapping. We do not leave until the customer confirms the instrument is in the correct position and undamaged.
