Wrap all breakables in bubble wrap, then fill gaps with clothing or tea towels.

Empty space in boxes causes items to shift and break in transit. A full box is a safer box.

Label every box with both the room destination and a brief contents note.

Write "FRAGILE" in large letters on boxes with glassware or electronics. Our drivers load fragile boxes on top, but they need to know which ones those are.

Disassemble furniture where possible.

Bed frames, wardrobes, and desks all take up less space flat-packed. Giant Van drivers carry basic tools and can reassemble items at the delivery end on request. Let us know when booking if you need this.

Do not overfill boxes. 20kg per box is the maximum for safe handling.

For electronics, use original packaging where you still have it.
