End-of-term and start-of-term are our busiest periods, but we maintain availability throughout those windows. You can book a single item slot as little as a few hours in advance using our app or by calling.

That peace of mind matters when you are coordinating a move between two sets of families and two postcodes.

Confirm your item can exit the collection address before the driver arrives. A sofa that cannot pass through a doorway creates delays and additional charges. Measure the widest point of the item and compare it to your narrowest doorway.

Flat-pack furniture, bed frames, and some wardrobes are quicker and safer to move in parts. Remove legs from sofas and tables if they detach easily. Keep fixings in a labelled bag.

Remove obstacles between the item and the front door. This includes rugs that might slip, items on stairs, and anything blocking the hallway. Our driver works efficiently but a clear path helps everyone.

If your item has glass panels, mirrored doors, or fragile decorative parts, wrap them with bubble wrap or a duvet before collection. We carry blankets but additional protection on fragile parts is always wise.

Someone needs to be at the collection address to confirm the item and grant access. If you cannot be there, arrange a trusted person to meet the driver. Let us know in the booking notes.

If the delivery is to a block of flats or student accommodation, include the flat number, floor, and any entry code in your booking notes. This prevents delays at drop-off.

Cost starts from £54 per hour. Jobs typically complete in one to two hours. One driver, one van, full insurance.

Our full removal prices start at £250 to £400 for a one-bedroom property, £400 to £650 for two bedrooms, and £650 to £900 for three bedrooms. Full removals include a larger team and a longer booking window.
